Restoration Phase 2

This included major works on the nave, chancel and south aisle roofs. The contract also covered the removal of the internal and external rendering from the north and south aisle walls, masonry works, structural strengthening and other minor works.

During 2004 development works were undertaken to ascertain information required to prepare a contract specification. A number of trial pits were dug and also a bore hole was sunk.

Work was then undertaken during 2005 and 2006 by Historic Property Restoration Limited.
